On the issuance of visas for Afghan citizens

Due to the temporrary suspension of the reception of Afghan citizens in the Embassy of Russia in Kabul, the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Karachi accepts for consideration and grants visas for Afghan citizens, including those applicants, whose invitations to enter Russian Federation issued by the territorial agencies of the Russian Interior Ministry have "Kabul" as the point of visa issue. In this case the applicant is not required to provide a permission to stay in Pakistan for more than 90 days.
