Dr. Aleksandr G. Khozin was born in 1962.

1993-1997 – Third, then Second Secretary of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Nepal;
1999-2006 – First Secretary, then Political Counsellor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in India;
2008-2013 – Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Nepal;
2013-2017 – Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Pakistan;
In August 2017 joined the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Karachi, Pakistan, as Consul General.
Dr. Aleksandr G. Khozin has a diplomatic rank of Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Second Class.
Married, has three adult children.
