Public holidays
Consular Department is usually open for visitors on Tuesday and Thursday from 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. except public holidays.
Department will be closed for public holidays on:
from 31 December till 10 January - New Year's Holiday,
23 February - Army Day,
8 March - Women's Day,
1 May - Labour Day,
9 May - Victory Day,
12 June - Russia Day,
4 November – Day of Unity.
